WPEF has strong partnerships with the investors in the Fund. They are:

• The Fund Manager
• The Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa Limited
• The Development Bank of Southern Africa Limited
• Eskom Pension and Provident Fund
• Transnet Pension Fund

GOVERNANCE AND INVESTORS
The Fund is constituted as a trust with an advisory board of trustees chaired by Wendy Luhabe and includes investor representatives as well as independent trustees. Investment decisions are made by an Investment Committee which includes representatives from the investors and the Fund Manager.
